Grow More Good Garden Tour
📍 St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church — 2206 N Cole Rd, Boise
🗓 Saturday, September 6th, 10:30am
Come see the Grow More Good Garden in full bloom! This welcoming space brings together neighbors, church members, and community partners to grow fresh food, foster learning, and create connections. With individual plots, communal rows, and plenty of pollinator-friendly plants, the garden reflects the many ways people can come together to care for land and each other.
🌱 What You’ll See
Rows of late-summer vegetables and herbs ready for harvest
Shared growing spaces that support donation and education efforts
Pollinator plantings alive with all kinds of bees and occaisional birds (they’re a bit shy)
A unique partnership: this season, 2/3 of the garden is shared with three families from Africa who are practicing intensive subsistence gardening. Their approach contrasts with the lighter production of other gardeners—together creating a space that meets multiple community goals.
