Join Us for a Tour at Liberty Park Community Garden 🌿
Thursday, June 26 at 7:00 PM
Come walk through one of the Treasure Valley’s most vibrant growing spaces—Liberty Park Community Garden, part of the Global Gardens Program. Bring your garden-ready shoes, it may be muddy!
This image is from the Global Gardens 5 Mile Farm, to represent the amount of work and sheer abundance of what's growing in the Liberty Park Community Garden!
With around 120 plots and a remarkable range of crops and cultivation methods, this garden is a rich reflection of Boise’s global communities. Gardeners here grow food for their families and neighbors, not for commercial markets—resulting in a space filled with care, creativity, and cultural exchange.
Whether you're curious about how the irrigation system works (hint: it's all about open furrows and teamwork), or you’re inspired by what community-led food growing can look like, this is a tour you won’t want to miss.
Location: Liberty Park Community Garden
Near Liberty and Morris Hill Rd, next to the Liberty St. Park with the baseball field.
Time: Thursday, June 26 | 7:00 PM
🌱 Hosted by: TVCGCoop + Global Gardens
Led by Ben Brock, Program Manager, or David Goff, GG Farm Manager.
🔧 Interested in volunteering? Join on a Monday Water Day to help keep the irrigation flowing!
